INTRODUCE
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin made by polymerizing ethylene. In industry, it also includes copolymers of ethylene with small amounts of alpha olefins. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, and feels like wax. It has excellent low-temperature resistance (with a minimum operating temperature of -100~-70 ° C), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acid and alkali corrosion (not resistant to acids with oxidative properties). Insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, with low water absorption and excellent electrical insulation.
NATURE
1. Polyethylene has excellent chemical stability and is resistant to corrosion by various chemical substances such as hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, amines, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc. at room temperature. However, nitric acid and sulfuric acid have strong destructive effects on polyethylene;
2. Polyethylene is prone to photo oxidation, thermal oxidation, and ozone decomposition, and is easily degraded under ultraviolet radiation. Carbon black has excellent light shielding effect on polyethylene. After exposure to radiation, reactions such as cross-linking, chain breakage, and formation of unsaturated groups may occur.
A milky white, semi transparent thermoplastic produced by homopolymerization of ethylene and copolymerization with a small amount of alpha olefin. The density ranges from 0.86 to 0.96g/cm3, and there are low-density polyethylene (including linear low-density polyethylene) and ultra low density polyethylene according to density. Odorless and non-toxic. Chemical resistant, insoluble in solvents at room temperature. Low temperature resistance, minimum operating temperature -70~-100 ℃. Good electrical insulation and low water absorption rate. The physical and mechanical properties vary with density. Low density polyethylene in industry is mainly polymerized by high pressure (110-200MPa) and high temperature (150-300 ℃) free radical polymerization. Others use low-pressure coordination polymerization, and sometimes the same device can produce polyethylene products with a density of 0.87-0.96g/cm3, known as full density polyethylene process technology. Polyethylene can be processed into films, wire and cable sheaths, pipes, various hollow products, injection molded products, fibers, etc. Widely used in agriculture, packaging, electronics and electrical, machinery, automobiles, daily necessities, and other fields.
▲ The main products operated by the company are:
PE black coloring masterbatch, PE white coloring masterbatch, various colored series of PE coloring masterbatch.
▲ Characteristics and Applications of PE Colored Masterbatch:
The Pe series coloring masterbatch has the advantages of high concentration, good dispersibility, strong coloring power, and low coloring cost; At the same time, it has the characteristics of bright color, good dispersibility, heat resistance, good migration resistance, and easy use. Widely used in the fields of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP as base materials for blown film, coating, hollow molding, injection molding, blow molding, wire drawing, coloring food packaging, pressure (flow) extension film, etc.
▲ Packaging and storage:
The product is packaged in double-layer paper plastic composite bags, with a standard packaging of 25 kilograms per bag. Please store in a well ventilated and dry place, with padding underneath to avoid direct sunlight and rain. After opening and using the package, the remaining part should be resealed to prevent dust pollution and moisture absorption.
